Before the Launch

For as long as I’ve worked with growing teams, one thing has always frustrated me — how difficult it is to manage salaries in a transparent and structured way.

Every company talks about fairness, data, and trust, but behind the scenes, compensation data usually lives in disconnected spreadsheets, scattered systems, and private email threads. HR teams spend hours reconciling numbers. Managers struggle to keep context. Employees are left wondering if their pay truly reflects their value.

It’s not because people don’t care — it’s because the tools to manage compensation clearly just don’t exist.

That’s why I started building PointSalary.

What PointSalary Is About

PointSalary is a web-based platform that helps teams handle salaries, bonuses, and benefits in a smarter, more transparent way.

It brings everything together in one place — from structured salary data to analytics and permissions — so HR, finance, and leadership can collaborate without friction.

The goal isn’t just automation. It’s clarity.
When everyone understands how compensation works, trust follows naturally.

With PointSalary, you can:

  • Centralize salary and bonus data.

  • Set access levels so people only see what they should.

  • Generate clear analytics to understand pay structures.

  • Automate notifications, letters, and internal workflows.

It’s built for companies that want to grow responsibly — where pay transparency and operational efficiency go hand in hand.

How We’re Building It

PointSalary runs on a modern, lean architecture that makes it fast, secure, and easy to deploy anywhere.

The backend is written in Go (Golang) — reliable, efficient, and ideal for APIs.
The frontend is built with Vue 3 and Vite, giving users a smooth and responsive interface.
We use pnpm for efficient dependency management and Docker for simplified deployment — so everything runs in one environment with minimal setup.

We’re hosting PointSalary on Leafcloud, a sustainable cloud provider that aligns with our values of building technology responsibly.

It’s a small choice that makes a difference — we care not just about what we build, but how we build it.

Where We Are Now

Right now, we’re putting the finishing touches on our MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
The core features — authentication, salary management, email templates, and analytics — are already in place.

Over the next two weeks, we’ll polish the experience, test with a few early users, and get ready to open access.

It’s exciting and a little bit scary — the way every meaningful project feels just before launch.

What’s Next

After launch, we’ll start onboarding a small group of early users — HR teams, founders, and organizations that care deeply about transparency and fairness in compensation.

From there, we’ll keep improving the platform based on real feedback — adding integrations, smarter reporting, and eventually, AI-powered insights to help companies identify and prevent pay gaps.

This isn’t just software. It’s a framework for trust.

Our Mission

The mission behind PointSalary is simple:
to make compensation management clear, fair, and human.

We believe that when people understand how and why they’re paid, teams work better together.
Trust becomes part of the process, not an afterthought.

That’s what drives every design choice and every line of code in PointSalary.
